What is Expected
Join us for an unforgettable farm experience! Our tours/picnics last from 20 minutes to one hour, during which participants will have the unique opportunity to hand-feed our friendly llamas. We also have goats and chickens on the property that we may allow feeding as well, weather permitting.

For inquiries or to schedule your visit, feel free to contact us anytime via email. When visiting the farm, please dress accordingly and wear closed-toe shoes, as you may encounter muddy areas while walking through the barn and/or property. Please note that there are no restrooms on site, and we kindly ask that you clean up after yourselves by disposing of any food or drink containers in the trash cans provided throughout the farm. We look forward to welcoming you!
Privacy & Safety
All tours are conducted on private property, and we kindly ask that visitors obtain permission or schedule a booking in advance to access the grounds. Please note that our house and private farm sheds are located on-site and are strictly off-limits to all participants. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in ensuring a respectful experience for all.

At our farm, the safety of our animals and visitors is our top priority. We maintain a welcoming environment where any rude or violent behavior will not be tolerated. Owners, Nicholas and Kerstin Stauffer, reserve the right to ask individuals to leave without refund if they engage in such behavior. In the case of a group, the entire group may be asked to leave without a refund, ensuring a safe experience for everyone.

Scheduling and Payment
When booking a tour online and completing payment, your spot is automatically reserved. We understand that circumstances can change, and refunds are available based on the discretion of our owners, Nicholas and Kerstin Stauffer. In the event of inclement weather, they will reach out to discuss rescheduling or refund. You can conveniently pay online or in-person; however, if you choose to pay in person please ensure payment is made before the tour begins.
Cancellation Policy
Our cancellation policy is designed to ensure a smooth process for all parties involved. If you need to cancel your appointment please notify us at least 48 hours in advance to avoid any cancellation fees. Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior may incur a charge of 50% of the service fee. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
